1.Campurkan kesemua bahan-bahan untuk membuat tat.
2.Kisar hingga sebati.
3.Kemudian, masukkan ke dalam acuan dan bakar.
4.Masak pes hingga berbau harum.
5.Masak ikan dan biarkan ia sehingga betul-betul masak.
6.Ambil base tat, letak isi ikan dan pes di atas tat tersebut.
